x000 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of the x000 platform ("x000", "we", "us", "our") accessible at x000.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, content, promotions and functionality offered through the x000 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, online casino games, live casino, esports wagering, instant games and all associated account features.

By accessing x000.cam, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the x000 platform and must close any existing account immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the x000 website (x000.cam), all subdomains, mobile versions and associated services.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the x000 Platform by an eligible individual.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person who has created an Account and uses the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any staking of real-money funds on a game outcome, sports market or other betting product offered by the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements and specific bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required for account withdrawals and compliance purposes.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "RTP" means Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of staked money a game returns to players over an extended period, as certified by the game provider.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction mechanism by which a Player may suspend or close their Account for a defined or indefinite period.

To register and maintain an Account on x000 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Gambling services are strictly prohibited for minors.
• You must be an individual natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts and similar legal structures may not register an Account.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have an active Account suspension on x000 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of x000 or any affiliated company, game supplier or service provider.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each User may hold only one registered Account on the x000 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts without notice.

All financial transactions on x000 are subject to the following terms. Actual payment method availability must be confirmed in the live cashier — it varies by jurisdiction, operator configuration and third-party provider policy.

x000 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, loyalty rewards and other incentive programmes. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published with each individual promotion.

All bets and wagers placed on x000 are final once confirmed by the system. The following rules apply to all gameplay across the Platform:

• Bets can only be placed while an Account has a sufficient real-money or bonus Balance. x000 does not extend credit under any circumstances.
• Where a technical error or manifest error affects displayed odds, prices, game outcomes or payout calculations, x000 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. A "manifest error" includes but is not limited to a clearly incorrect odds feed, software malfunction or data-provider error.
• In-play betting markets are subject to delay, suspension and cancellation at x000's discretion, including in response to live event developments, odds integrity concerns or data-feed interruptions.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface. These may change without notice.
• RTP figures displayed for casino games are theoretical averages over large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Cricket, PSL, T20, ICC and other sports markets are settled in accordance with x000's stated sporting rules for each market type. These rules are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x000 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate Account suspension, Balance forfeiture and potential legal action:

• Registration using false, misleading or third-party identity information.
• Operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or attempting to use x000 for money laundering purposes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other technology that enables non-human wagering.
• Abusing promotional offers through irregular wagering patterns designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine play intent ("bonus abuse").
• Accessing x000 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited and attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions using VPNs, proxies or similar tools.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors in games or odds pricing for systematic financial gain.
• Any conduct that x000 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, harmful or abusive toward the Platform or other Users.

x000 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that support healthy player behaviour. Gambling should be entertainment — not a financial strategy or a means of addressing financial difficulties.

x000 provides the following responsible gambling features accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds per session, day or week.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous session durations with optional reality-check reminders.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

x000's collection, use and storage of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By creating an Account you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary: x000 collects only the data necessary for account operation, identity verification, transaction processing, responsible gambling compliance and legal obligations. Personal data is not sold to third parties. All data is stored using appropriate security measures. You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

All content on the x000 Platform — including but not limited to the x000 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces and databases — is the intellectual property of x000 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, data mining or commercial exploitation of Platform content without x000's express written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x000 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings or business arising from use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from Platform use, technical interruptions or bet settlement outcomes.
• Third-party payment provider delays, failures or policy changes affecting deposit or withdrawal transactions.
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.
• Technical failures, network interruptions, server outages or data errors that affect gameplay or transaction processing.

Nothing in these Terms limits x000's liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by its own gross negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

x000 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, x000 will provide reasonable notice via email or on-Platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the x000 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. x000 does not claim to be licensed or regulated under Pakistani law.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage Users to first contact x000 support at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism available under the operator's license terms.

Pakistani Users are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts gambling activities within Pakistan. x000 does not provide legal advice on the applicability of this or any other Pakistani law to individual circumstances.
